
Fun Lab 2 – Inquiries and Awareness
Inquiry 1: Where do I currently put my attention? What do I commit to do this week to reduce distractions?
Inquiry 2: What am I choosing to prioritise above having fun? What do I commit to doing less of this week to make more space for fun?
Inquiry 3: Which emotions most stand in the way of me having fun? What am I willing to release to experience more fun?
Awareness: As you go about your days this week, look out for moments where you might have more fun if you weren't distracted, busy or resentful/judging/comparing/curating. And don't judge yourself for this – just bring some awareness to it!
